Two motorcycle riders were hurt in separate incidents in Jackson Township this week.

One crash was first reported earlier this week by the Lakewood Scoop. A motorcycle crashed into a car as it was making a lefthand turn on East Veterans Parkway. That rider was sent to the hospital with severe injuries.

Another crash happened just after 5 p.m. Friday on West Veterans Parkway. The rider was flown to a trauma center by helicopter for a serious head injury.
