People gathered outside the East Norwalk Library Tuesday to pick up Thanksgiving meals.

Person to Person, a nonprofit that helps food insecure families, organized the give away.

Volunteers from the Wilton-based travel and tour company Tauck pitched in with the effort.

They expect to give away around 300 turkeys this year.
