When volunteers rescued Hailey, they found that she had been abused. Volunteers at Best Friend Dog and Animal Adoption, Inc. quickly took her in and began showing kindness to the 4-month-old puppy.
Hailey is described as being "full of energy and playfulness." Staff members at the rescue say she thrives on interaction with other dogs, especially those with a lot of energy. She also loves bones and "squeaky" toys.
Currently, Hailey is working on potty training and she’s still learning not to go in her crate.
"She’s also mastering leash manners and attending puppy play classes to become a well-behaved companion," the rescue says. "Hailey would thrive in an active home where walks, runs, and hikes are part of daily life. After she’s had her fun, she loves to settle down and cuddle."
