PATH service resumes after weekend track repair

Service was suspended in both directions from midnight Friday through 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15.

PATH restored train service between Harrison and Journal Square early Monday after a planned weekend shutdown for critical track repairs.
Service was suspended in both directions from midnight Friday through 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15. During the outage, PATH offered free shuttle buses between Harrison and Journal Square and between Newark Penn Station and Journal Square to help commuters navigate the disruption. More weekend suspensions are scheduled in the coming weeks as repairs continue.
