Several trains have been canceled and others delayed out of Newark Penn Station due to overhead wire damage near the station.
News 12's Amanda Eustice reports that partial service has been restored, but delays and cancellations are still having an impact.
NJ Transit says the Northeast Corridor and New Jersey Coastline services have resumed with limited service in and out of Penn Station, New York. However, the Raritan Valley Line service is subject to up to 60-minute delays due to Amtrak overhead wire issues near Penn Station.
New Jersey Transit rail tickets are being cross honored by PATH at Newark, Hoboken, and 33rd Street in New York, as well as by New Jersey Transit and private bus carriers.
It's still unclear when all services will be fully restored.
