Irish pride was on display in Bridgeport on Tuesday as the city held its annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Parade organizers say a record 8,000 people attended, making it the most well-attended parade in city history.
The event featured Irish step dancers, pipe bands, marching bands and floats.
The parade began at 12 p.m. at the Burroughs Community Center and ended at The Castle in Black Rock on Fairfield Avenue.
