A person is dead after a crash on the Bear Mountain State Parkway in Cortlandt Manor.

State police say three vehicles, each with one person inside, were involved in the accident.

One driver died at the scene. The other two were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The crash temporarily shut down the parkway from Arlo Lane to Locust Avenue.

Police have not released the identity of the victim or the condition of the two others involved.
