A second person has died following a fire in the Norwood section of the Bronx

Officials recovered the body from the scene Friday.

The fire happened at 374 E. 209th Street Wednesday afternoon.

One person was initially killed when an explosion and five-alarm fire tore through the apartment building. A total of 14 people were injured, including several firefighters.

The fire has left 45 people displaced.

It's not clear how the fire started.
