A Bridgeport police officer has been arrested for the second time for harassment, city officials say.
Dani Soto was taken into custody by Derby Police on New Year's Day.
Officials say Soto was arrested on several additional charges which include harassment, disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and violating conductions of release.
Soto was initially arrested for harassment and stalking in connection with domestic violence allegations made by a former girlfriend.
He has been on unpaid leave since May.
Soto is expected to appear in court on Jan. 27.
