        A firefighter in Orange County suffered minor burns during a brush fire Thursday in the town of Newburgh.

        A firefighter in Orange County suffered minor burns during a brush fire Thursday in the town of Newburgh.
        It happened in the area of Morris Drive in hamlet of Middle Hope.
        Heavy smoke during the blaze is seen in images given to News 12.
        Orange County fire coordinator Vini Tankasali says one firefighter suffered minor burns on his back but is OK.
        Tankasali says the blaze was put out by crews on the scene.
        News 12 reached out to the Middle Hope Fire Company for more information but hasn't received a response.
