An NYPD officer who allegedly groped a woman while he was off-duty at a Caribbean lounge in Flatbush faced a judge for the first time, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.

Jerry Arce, 31, is accused of touching a woman's breast and chest without her consent back on May 25.

Prosecutors say it happened inside PiCH Restaurant and Lounge, located at 774 Flatbush Ave.

Arce is charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and harassment. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

According to public records, Arce joined the NYPD in 2017 and works at Police Service Area 1 in Brooklyn.

He is due back in court on Dec. 10.
