Police say the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

Police have confirmed a man is dead after he was pulled from the water at Newtown Creek this weekend.
Officers responded to a call to aid a man in the water at about 7:45 a.m.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
