An 84-year-old woman was found floating unconscious in the water Saturday night at the Greenpoint ferry landing, according to police.

Authorities say the discovery was made near India and West Street.

The woman was taken to Bellevue Hospital. There are conflicting reports about her condition.

Witnesses at the scene say they did not hear any screens or cries for help, but did hear a splash.
