The NYPD says six people were slashed at a property in Gerritsen Beach.

Neighbors say it happened during a fight at a house party. They shared video of the incident with News 12. It appears to show multiple people with knives attacking partygoers.

Police got to the scene just after 6 a.m.

A neighbor described “yelling and screaming” during the fight and “blood all over the place.”

Neighbors say there are young children who live in the home where the fight began.

Police say the victims included three females and three males – one was 16 years old.

Neighbors tell News 12 that they have observed large numbers of people living in the house.

A Department of Buildings complaint about an illegal conversion at 45 Fane Court is on record, but inspectors were denied entry upon arrival. Multiple noise complaints were also on record.

NYPD Confirmed to News 12 one person identified as a person of interest or suspect was in custody but not under arrest as of Sunday night.
