A New York man is under arrest in Stamford after allegedly trying to scam a senior out of thousands of dollars.

Police say Qianlin Zheng, 28, came to Connecticut for a package he thought contained $15,000 in cash. The money belonged to an 82-year-old Stamford man.

Officers say the victim has already lost over $100,000 to the same scam.
