NJ Transit commuters who take the North Jersey Coast and Morris & Essex train lines may face some residual delays following earlier weather-related suspensions.
Rail service was been suspended on both lines, according to the NJ Transit alerts page. The issue stemmed from overhead power issues resulting from last night's severe storms, that brought rain and high winds to many parts of New Jersey.
In addition to the train suspensions, the storms caused road closures throughout New Jersey, toppling trees and bringing down power lines.
