Here are the latest results from some of the local leadership races in the Hudson Valley:
Rye City Council
Democrat James Ward won with 59% of the vote, while Republican Rick McCabe received 41% despite withdrawing from the race due to illness.
Mount Kisco
Democrats Karen Schleimer and Thomas Luzio took the two village council seats.
Mark Farrell won the race for town justice unopposed.
Rockland County
Democrat Mark Licker leads the race for Clarkstown Town Council by 111 votes over Republican Jon Valentino.
Republican Daniel Sullivan leads Democrat Chrissy Knapp by over 1,400 votes in the Orangetown Town Council race.
