A New York man is facing credit card fraud charges in Greenwich.
Omar E. Vargas-Barrera, 44, of Flushing and another man stole two credit cards, according to police.
Officials say the men led police on a chase when they tried to make an arrest.
Police found that the men allegedly spent $4,000 and used a fake Chilean driver's license.
The victim told police his cards were stolen from his car parked at Greenwich High School.
Vargas-Barrera has been charged with larceny, second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, resisting and interfering with an officer.
