A new county law in Westchester closes a loophole on flavored vapes.
The law states that if a retailer is found with four or more flavored vapes banned by state law, they are presumed to be intended for illegal sale.
E-cigarette products disguised as highlighter pens or smartphone cases also fall under the new state law.
New York prohibited the sale of most flavored vaping devices back in 2020.
