A New Jersey man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash that claimed the life of a Rockland County man.
Donovan Kelly, 31, was charged last month with causing death while driving with a suspended license, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office.
The May crash occurred in Passaic County and resulted in the death of 30-year-old Anthony Navarro, of Bardonia.
Prosecutors say the charges stem from a collision involving the vehicles driven by Navarro and Kelly.
Navarro succumbed to his injuries the following day.
Prosecutors say Kelly faces a prison sentence of three to five years if convicted.
