Two new interactive tools show whether schools, hospitals, fire stations and other public buildings across New Jersey are at risk of flooding.
A new analysis from 'Rebuild by Design' shows that one in four public buildings, including schools, hospitals and fire stations, are located in flood zones. By 2050, that figure is expected to rise to one in three.
Two new tools are now available to help people see whether the facilities they depend on are at risk of flooding.
According to the analysis, Jersey City has the highest number of public buildings at risk.
