There's new information on what was found inside the home of a White Plains man accused of using a weapon of mass destruction.
Raymond Elders, 65, faces five charges, including use of a weapon of mass destruction and unlawful manufacture of destructive devices.
Those charges come after a suspected explosive device was found outside an apartment building on Odell Avenue in White Plains, authorities said. Officials later discovered 25 pipe bombs inside Elders' apartment in that building, according to court documents.
In the complaint, officials say Elders denied manufacturing or detonating suspected improvised explosive devices in the vicinity of Odell Avenue.
He is now in federal custody.
