        Music icon Gloria Gaynor honored at Bergen PAC for Women’s History Month

        A two-time Grammy winner and Newark native received a special honor for Women’s History Month.
        The Bergen Performing Arts Center in Englewood recognized Gloria Gaynor for her incredible success in the music industry.
        She has had a career that spans more than 50 years.
        Gaynor is known globally for the hit anthem “I Will Survive.”
        She was also the guest speaker at Tuesday’s event.
        New Jersey first lady Tammy Murphy presented Gaynor with the award at the annual spring luncheon.
        Gaynor will be performing at the Bergen PAC on March 27.
