A summer concert series is bringing live music to the community, with a performance drawing a crowd in Carmel.

At Reed Memorial Library, musician Jay Daniels previewed his “Piano Men” concert, featuring songs from Billy Joel and Elton John.

Daniels says performing music he loves is a meaningful experience.“When you do something you love… when you're able to make that your career and do good with it, that's a great blessing,” Daniels said.

The performance highlights some of the most well-known hits from the two iconic artists.

Tuesday’s concert at the library is already full. Daniels says another performance is scheduled for September 23 at the Scarsdale Public Library.
