A driver was hurt during a multivehicle crash Thursday in North Massapequa, according to police.

Authorities say a collision involving three cars occurred around 1 p.m. near North Broadway and Boston Avenue.

One person refused medical attention at the scene. Another driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
