A crash left a motorcyclist dead, and a pickup truck driver hurt Tuesday morning in Riverhead.
Police say Ismael Basantez-Ramon collided with the truck making a left turn on Cross River Drive from Union Avenue.
The 22-year-old was rushed to Peconic Bay Medical Center and pronounced deceased.
The driver of the pickup was hospitalized, treated and later released.
No criminality is suspected.
