Costway is recalling more than 3,000 convertible high chairs due to missing safety restraint systems.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says it poses a risk of a child slipping through the opening between the feeding tray and seat.
The chairs were sold online, along with Walmart and Target stores nationwide.
Anyone who owns the product is urged to contact Costway for a free replacement.
