Here’s what you need to know:
  • It's a mild and calm start to the day under a mostly cloudy sky. Temperatures are in the mid to upper 60s.
  • Today will be a bit cooler, breezy with filtered sunshine. Temperatures will be in the mid-70s.
  • A storm system to our South will inch closer to the city through Thursday morning. Spotty showers will arrive after 11PM tonight, becoming more widespread and scattered throughout the day on Wednesday. As the storm pulls away Thursday morning, drier conditions take us through the weekend. Significant rainfall or severe weather is not expected. Less than quarter of an inch of rainfall is expected.   • A slight temperature rollercoaster takes us through the weekend. High temperatures will be in the low 70s to mid-80s. Low temperatures will be in the 50s and 60s.
TRACKING THE TROPICS: There's a high chance of a tropical depression or storm developing in the next day or two in the central Tropical Atlantic. This tropical wave currently poses no direct threat to land. Another tropical wave has formed off the coast of Africa. This tropical disturbance has a low chance of development over the next 7 days.
