1h agoMilford police said a 19-year-old was arrested in connection to an illegal street takeover.
Police said Anthony Deems Jr., of Pennsylvania, turned himself in on Thursday.
Officials said he is being charged with unlawful assembly and interfering with an officer.
The illegal gathering happened at a Stop & Shop parking lot in Milford in December 2023.
An officer responding to the scene was assaulted during the street takeover.
Police say Deems also had an active warrant from West Haven for failure to appear
