The January thaw rolls on for now. Unseasonably mild temperatures with highs in the 40s to near 50 degrees will stick around for tomorrow. Temperatures now for Saturday will end up being a little cooler.
Two separate weather systems will bring rain into Western CT for Friday and Saturday.
The second storm on Saturday will be a little more robust in terms of rain and even wind. Rainfall totals by early Sunday will reach 0.75 to 1" of rain. Highest totals may fall just outside of CT, but we could see some moderate downpours at times Saturday afternoon/evening.
A cold front will bring those temperatures down again starting Sunday. More seasonable weather returns next week with high temperatures back in the 30s and lower 40s.
