A Middletown school district custodian is facing gun possession charges.

Town of Wallkill police say 39-year-old Ralph Sabater was arrested at the high school on Thursday after officer stopped him for driving on drugs.

The officers found a loaded handgun in his car.

News 12 has reached out to the district for comment.
