Aliyah Williams was fatally stabbed at a deli on the corner of Boston Road and Mickle Avenue.
Police say a 17-year-old girl has been arrested and charged with murder.
The 17-year-old, who has not been identified, also faces charges of manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
