New Jersey State Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man wanted in a debit card fraud investigation.

Investigators say the victim reported his card stolen and stated that multiple unauthorized purchases were made.

Bank records showed four unauthorized purchases at the Cumberland Mall in Vineland.

Surveillance images of the suspect depict a male around 40 to 50 years old, wearing a blue baseball hat, blue shirt, blue jeans and blue and white sneakers.

Police say he has distinctive skin discoloration on his face, arms, nose and mouth.

Footage from the scene shows him leaving in a dark-colored Jeep SUV with an unknown New Jersey registration.
