Man wanted for sexually abusing 2 women just hours apart in the Bronx
Police are searching for the man they say sexually abused two women in the Bronx, just hours apart.
The groping incidents happened on Sept. 29, around one and a half miles away from each other.
The NYPD says the man approached the first victim, a 24-year-old woman, at around 11 a.m. aboard a Bx1 bus near East 154th Street and Third Avenue. Detectives say he grabbed the victim's intimate parts and placed her fingers in his mouth.
Just over seven hours later, the man groped an 18-year-old woman in front of 942 Southern Blvd., according to investigators. Police say he grabbed the teen's buttocks and took off running.
The two women were not injured during the incidents, according to the NYPD.
Detectives say the man is around 30 to 35 years old and approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall.
They say he has a black goatee and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, a black jacket with orange lining and a dark-colored baseball hat.
The NYPD urges anyone with information to call its Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
