A man was shot in the leg in the Bed-Stuy, and police are on the lookout for the suspect.

The incident happened on Oct. 19 just before 7 p.m. in front of 685 Gates Ave. The suspect approached a 20-year-old man and fired a shot before running away. The gunfire hit the victim in the leg, but he refused medical attention at the scene, police say.
