A Middle Island man was seriously injured during a two-vehicle collision Friday morning in Medford, according to police.

Authorities say an SUV struck Acosta Feliciano, 55, as he tried to make a left turn on to Munsell Road around 5:55 a.m.

He was taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk in Patchogue for treatment.

The other driver involved suffered minor injuries.

No charges were filed.
