A 31-year-old man has pleaded not guilty Tuesday in connection with the deadly shooting of a customer during a robbery at a Bronx deli last month.

Jesus Acosta, 31, is accused of fatally shooting 33-year-old Tayvvon Schuler during the Aug. 25 robbery at a deli on East 149th Street.

According to prosecutors, Acosta allegedly shot Schuler before going behind the counter and stealing money from the register.

Prosecutors have also accused Acosta of firing at three other people inside the deli but missing.

Acosta was arrested Aug. 29 following a multiday manhunt.

Police said an anonymous tip led officers to a park in Soundview, where he was taken into custody.

The Bronx case is one of two deadly shootings Acosta is accused of carrying out just days apart.

Acosta has also been indicted in Brooklyn in connection with the fatal shooting of 44-year-old MD Yousuf at American Best Wings & Pizza in Brownsville on Aug. 22.

Another employee was shot in the leg and survived.

Acosta was arraigned in that case on an 11-count indictment that includes first- and second-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and first-degree attempted robbery.

Acosta is being held without bail in the Brooklyn case.

He is due back in Bronx court on Dec. 14.
