Three people were hurt after an abandoned bank broke out in flames early Friday morning in Jersey City.
Fire officials say they rushed to the scene on Monticello Avenue after receiving reports of people trapped inside.
Two people were rescued from the building and hospitalized with severe burns.
A firefighter also sustained injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
The cause of the blaze was not immediately clear.
