The Village of Mamaroneck Police Department responded to Cove Road on reports of a car in the water.
It happened just after 2 p.m.
Upon arrival, crews found a teenage boy standing on top of his car that was partially submerged.
News 12 crews on scene saw that the front windshield was smashed and the airbags were deployed.
According to Lt. Timothy Galvin, with the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department, the teen was taken to a hospital for evaluation but is expected to be OK.
A dive team was called to help get the car out of the water.
There is no word currently on how the car ended up in the water.
