A luxury apartment building in Riverdale is now accepting lease applications, offering a mix of modern apartments, amenities and convenient access to transportation and neighborhood attractions.

The Arbor, built in 2007, located just off the Henry Hudson Parkway, features 127 apartments across nine floors. The building offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments designed to accommodate a range of households, from individuals and roommates to families.

One of the available floor plans includes a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath apartment with a private outdoor terrace. Every apartment is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer.

"We are in a corner apartment, so you get a lot of light, and this one does have a private outdoor space," said Madison van der Laak, the building's leasing director.

Van der Laak said the pet-friendly building also includes several shared amenities for residents.

"We have nine floors, 127 apartments and we are pet friendly," she said.

Residents have access to a children's playroom, fitness center and resident lounge. Outside, a landscaped courtyard provides additional space for recreation and relaxation.

The building's location is another selling point. Situated near the Henry Hudson Parkway, The Arbor offers easy access to public transportation and is in a convenient neighborhood.

"We're right by a few parks. Henry Hudson Park is around the corner, and there are a bunch of restaurants, cafes and a grocery store all within walking distance," van der Laak said.

Leasing is underway, with apartments currently available for prospective residents.
