Service has been restored on the Long Island Rail Road after weekend storm repairs.
There was a suspension on the Oyster Bay branch on Sunday as repairs were made from PSEG LI utility poles and trees that fell from Saturday’s storm.
LIRR crews worked throughout the night to clear the debris from the tracks.
As News 12 reported, the MTA had shuttle buses operating in both directions between Mineola and Oyster Bay while trains were suspended.
Normal service was back up and running just after midnight on Monday.
