FORECAST:
Periods of showers are expected to linger over New Jersey for the next several days. Today's rain impacts are limited to minor with showers that linger throughout the day and night.
There will be some moderate moments of rain overnight into Wednesday that will make for a few puddles in the morning. Temperatures will be mild - in the upper 60s through Wednesday. There will be a few more breaks in the rain on Wednesday when compared to today.
Thursday's weather is still unsettled but warmer with temps in the mid-70s under a mostly cloudy sky with limited sun. Showers linger.
Friday will be hot and humid with the high humidity causing thunderstorms in the evening. It's too soon to tell if these storms will be severe, but it is worth watching for now. The high will be in the mid-80s.
The same pattern continues for Saturday. Sunday looks better.
