Michelle Troconis was back in court Monday on contempt charges filed against her during her trial.
Troconis was convicted in the death and disappearance of Jennifer Dulos.
She is accused of displaying a court-sealed custody report from Jennifer Dulos and Fotis Dulos’ divorce case on her laptop during testimony.
Her attorney, Darnell Crosland, filed a motion last week to dismiss the contempt charges.
A new prosecutor was appointed to the case Monday and requested more time to review the motion.
Outside Stamford court, Troconis’ attorney and family expressed frustration that none of the defense’s motions were ruled on.
"This family, at great expense, comes up here from Miami every single time," Crosland said. "So not only is it an expenditure the family is bearing, but the state of Connecticut is bearing this expenditure all the time, and nothing gets done."
The case will be back in court June 18.
