The anatomy class at North Hunterdon High School is more than just textbooks and looking at a skeleton in a classroom.
Students this month took a field trip to Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington. The kids got a tour of the hospital, saw how everything worked and talked to doctors and nurses about careers. They even did an intubation demonstration.
It's the kind of field trip that could spark an interest in the medical field and create some “Jersey Proud” health care workers.
