The Congressional Bronze Medal goes out to select kids and teens across America to recognize their leadership.

The latest winner is a junior at Glen Ridge High School.

John Leone is a standout on the Glen Ridge lacrosse team, which just won its first state title in 11 years.

But it’s also what he’s done off the field. He started a club called “Athletes For Good,” where his teammates give back, volunteering at Toni’s Kitchen in Montclair and holding a coat drive in Newark.
