        For years, second graders in Clinton have held a pumpkin boat race. It’s a fun fall tradition in New Jersey.

        It's one of the fun fall traditions we see around New Jersey. For years, second graders in Clinton have held a pumpkin boat race.
        The pumpkins are released into the river right by the Red Mill.
        The kids work together to design a pumpkin boat. It's a STEM project that challenges them to be creative and create a floating boat.
