Ken Jenkins was officially sworn in to his first full term as Westchester County executive.
The inauguration ceremony was held Thursday afternoon at Purchase College.
Dozens of people, including several elected officials from all levels of government, attended the event.
Jenkins is not new to this role. He previously served as deputy county executive under George Latimer.
Jenkins was appointed in January by the county legislature after Latimer was elected to Congress. Jenkins then won the special election in February to finish out Latimer's term.
In November, Jenkins won the election to serve his first full term.
Former White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach was also sworn in to his new role as county clerk.
