Three people are under arrest Monday morning after a traffic stop in Hewlett led to drug possession charges, police said. Officers pulled over a car on Peninsula Boulevard for changing lanes unsafely.

Police said the driver, Louis Wilson of Oyster Bay, and passengers Hasheem Foster and Ana Bonilla, both from Hempstead, were found with what's believed to be crack cocaine and heroin. All three were arrested. Following an investigation, officers determined Wilson and Bonilla had stolen from an Ocean store earlier the same day, police said. Push Alert Suggestions
