It's a great week with hazy sunshine, fair weather clouds and warm temperatures in the mid-80s. It is not overly hot, but it isn't too cool either. Think of it as "just right" for summer.

The humidity is low and the chance for rain is also low.

An offshore Tropical Storm Dexter is about 450 miles east of New Jersey. This storm will send some swells to the state, kicking up the surf at our area beaches. This could increase the threat for the development of dangerous rip currents. It's not promised, but it is possible. Swim near lifeguards as they monitor the changing ocean conditions. It truly will be beautiful for the beach for the next few days.
