A Rockland County man awaiting trial on a murder charge has been sentenced in a separate federal case involving a teenager.

The man, from Haverstraw, was sentenced to 11 years and three months in prison for enticing a girl when she was 13 years old.

Prosecutors said the sentence was handed down while he remains charged in an unrelated homicide case.
